By accessing and using Minivan ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Minivan is a software development tool that integrates with GitHub repositories to help developers implement features using AI assistance. Our service provides:

• GitHub repository integration and analysis
• AI-powered feature implementation assistance
• Code generation and modification suggestions
• Development workflow automation

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your GitHub credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Minivan offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or modify code for malicious purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' repositories or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Minivan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Code Generation

Code generated through our Service is provided to you under the following terms:

• You retain ownership of code generated for your repositories
• Generated code is provided "as-is" without warranties
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• GitHub for repository access and authentication
• Anthropic Claude for AI-powered code generation
• Stripe for payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Suspend or terminate the Service for violations of these terms
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minivan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minivan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
